function To_Replace_Null_With_aValue(myArray,Length,spvalue){
        for (i=0; i<Length; i++){
            if( myArray[i]===null){
               myArray[i]= spvalue;
             }
        }
        return myArray;
       }

let Length=nullArray.length;
