Issue management software is a technology platform used for handling, reporting on, and responding to customer grievances and requests in a timely fashion. 

The majority of employees occasionally miscommunicate with their superiors. With regard to their location, employment, title, and other factors, they are experiencing numerous challenges. So, a Issue management system is created to address this. All complaints that need to be further prioritised are automatically queued up by the Issue management system for assessment by the appropriate complaint coordinator. The user of this system is able to efficiently communicate with the authorities through a feedback system targeted at enhancing corporate rules and features. This system keeps track of the details of consumer complaints filed against the company.

By utilising a mobile application and a web application, the Issue Management System was created to improve the existing Complaint management system. IMS was able to offer a variety of channels for filing issues as a result, making it easier for users to send issues and providing a channel for progress tracking via a mobile application. Additionally, IMS may categorise the complaint and send it immediately to the department that is in charge of handling it; as a result, the system could save down on both the time and expense of recruiting people. By advising users to file comparable concerns, IMS might also reduce the number of duplicate complaints. Additionally, IMS enables the employees to handle the complaint automatically via the online application rather than manually via the paper form. Today, issue management is viewed as a great competitive tool for e-businesses.
