Python code for Pluto time in India

Pluto Time is the time on earth at which lighting conditions resemble those of daylight on Pluto. This program gives the Pluto time in India everyday.

The ninth planet Pluto is the most distant from the sun, thus it receives very scant sunlight. The daytime lightning conditions of Pluto are replicated on Earth during sunrise and sunset when the Earth receives very less sunlight. The approximate time when the earth receives just the amount of sunlight as it is received by Pluto is called Pluto time. This specific timing of Pluto time will vary based on the observer's latitude and longitude coordinates.

This Python code gives an approximate Pluto time in India when photographers can capture this unique atmosphere of Pluto Time. 

The modules used are:

Ephem: To carry out astronomical calculations like sunrise time.

datetime: To acquire the current date and time 

Timezone: To obtain the Indian Standard Time zone

Geopy.geocoders: To convert physical addresses like city names into geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude).
